Al usar Howyou aceptás estos términos y el Contrato de licencia estándar de Apple para apps. Si algo aquí contradice ese contrato, manda este documento en lo que Apple permita.
Qué es Howyou
Una app de acompañamiento de bienestar: conversación con memoria, registro de comida por foto, caminatas con rutas y un compañero de voz (Yow). Es orientación general de bienestar, no un servicio médico. Leé el aviso de salud; forma parte de estos términos.
Quién puede usarla
Tenés que tener al menos 13 años. Si sos menor de 18, usala con el conocimiento de tu madre, padre o tutor.
Tu cuenta y tus datos
Tu cuenta se reconoce por tu dispositivo. Sos responsable de lo que cargás. Podés pedir tus datos o su eliminación cuando querás (ver privacidad).
Uso aceptable
No uses Howyou para hacer daño, para contenido ilegal, para intentar extraer datos de otras personas ni para atacar el servicio. Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan.
Inteligencia artificial
Las respuestas se generan automáticamente y pueden ser incorrectas o incompletas. No dependas de ellas para decisiones médicas, legales o financieras. Vos sos quien decide.
Precio y suscripción
Howyou se usa con la suscripción Howyou Plus: 4.99 USD al mes o 39.99 USD al año (el precio puede variar por país), con 7 días gratis la primera vez. La compra, el cobro, la renovación automática, la cancelación y los reembolsos los gestiona Apple a través de App Store bajo sus condiciones. La suscripción se renueva sola hasta que la cancelés en Ajustes del iPhone > Apple ID > Suscripciones, al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo; el cobro va a tu cuenta de Apple al terminar la prueba gratis. Nosotros nunca vemos tu tarjeta. Sin suscripción activa la app no funciona, pero tus datos se conservan según la política de privacidad.
Propiedad
Howyou, Yow, sus logotipos y su software son de Barlow Prester, Inc. Lo que vos escribís sigue siendo tuyo; nos das permiso de procesarlo solo para darte el servicio.
Disponibilidad y cambios
Podemos cambiar o discontinuar funciones. Si cambiamos estos términos, publicamos la versión nueva aquí con su fecha.
Inteligencia artificial
Las respuestas de Yow, los patrones del mapa, las recetas y los tips se generan con un modelo de inteligencia artificial. Pueden ser inexactos, incompletos o equivocados. No son diagnóstico, tratamiento ni consejo médico, nutricional o psicológico, y usar la app no crea una relación profesional. Verificá con un profesional cualquier decisión sobre tu salud, tus medicamentos o tu alimentación, y ante una emergencia llamá a los servicios de emergencia de tu país.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, Howyou se ofrece "tal cual" y Barlow Prester, Inc. no responde por daños derivados del uso de la app o de sus respuestas, incluidas las generadas por inteligencia artificial.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Guatemala, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te dé la ley de tu país.

By using Howyou you accept these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where this document conflicts with that agreement, this document governs to the extent Apple allows.
What Howyou is
A wellness companion app: conversation with memory, food logging by photo, walks with routes and a voice companion (Yow). It is general wellness guidance, not a medical service. Read the health notice; it is part of these terms.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Your account and your data
Your account is recognized by your device. You are responsible for what you enter. You can request your data or its deletion at any time (see privacy).
Acceptable use
Do not use Howyou to cause harm, for illegal content, to try to extract other people's data, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Artificial intelligence
Replies are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. You decide.
Price and subscription
Howyou is used with the Howyou Plus subscription: 4.99 USD per month or 39.99 USD per year (prices may vary by country), with 7 days free the first time. Purchase, billing, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store under its conditions. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends; your Apple account is charged when the free trial ends. We never see your card. Without an active subscription the app does not work, but your data is kept as described in the privacy policy.
Ownership
Howyou, Yow, their logos and software belong to Barlow Prester, Inc. What you write remains yours; you grant us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms, we post the new version here with its date.
Artificial intelligence
Yow's replies, the patterns on your map, recipes and tips are generated by an artificial intelligence model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong. They are not diagnosis, treatment or medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and using the app does not create a professional relationship. Check any decision about your health, your medication or your diet with a professional, and in an emergency call your country's emergency services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Howyou is provided "as is" and Barlow Prester, Inc. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app, including AI-generated content, or its replies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, without prejudice to rights granted by the law of your country.
